They are in separate windows so you can continue to browse if you have to wait for more than a few seconds for the larger pictures to load.
Using a 56K dial-up Internet connection the larger pictures take an average of about five seconds to appear.
We are not a large company and do just about everything ourselves. We make every effort to get things right but, being human, the odd mistake could creep in.
If you do find anything wrong with a kit or pattern that you have bought please let us know straight away so that we can put things right.
We can’t imagine a mistake so big as to justify replacement of a complete kit but if that did happen then we would exchange like for like. Of course, we would need the faulty kit returned complete and in good condition.
More likely, for example, is that we miss one sheet from a large pattern or miscount one of the threads. A replacement for a missing pattern part would be mailed or e-mailed to you. We believe we err on the side of generosity with threads but if there is a problem we’ll do what we can to put it right.
It hasn’t happened yet but if you do find anything that’s not as it should be do, please, let us know.
