They are in separate windows so you can continue to browse if you have to wait for more than a few seconds for the larger pictures to load.
Using a 56K dial-up Internet connection the larger pictures take an average of about five seconds to appear.
All patterns are available by download. This is how it works.
Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping basket.
Proceed to the checkout and pay for your goods. Making a note of the transaction/receipt number. (PayPal will also send you, and us, an e-mail confirming the details of your transaction).
When the payment process is completed you will be taken to a page from which to e-mail confirmation of your name and PayPal receipt number.
Within 24 hours* we will e-mail to you a link enabling you to download your purchase directly from our web site.
If you have any problems during this process please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation in the shortest time possible.
